Break the Cycle: A Life-Changing Systemic Retreat in Ibiza

You’ve done the yoga. You’ve done the breathwork. Maybe even the therapy. But somehow… the same patterns keep showing up. In your relationships, in work, in your body, or in how you sabotage your joy. This retreat is not about escaping your life. It’s about seeing the hidden dynamics that run your life, so you can finally break free.

This is not just a retreat. It’s a systemic turning point

Many of us carry invisible burdens from our family system, loyalties, entanglements, unprocessed grief. These unconscious patterns shape how we love, lead, parent, stay stuck, or self-destruct. No amount of self-help books, mindset work or self-discipline can fully shift them, unless we look at the root…

Why This Journey?

In this 8-day immersive retreat, you’ll step out of your everyday life and into a deeper field of truth. Through powerful family and trauma constellations, you’ll witness the system you come from, and experience what happens when you give every member their rightful place. What follows is often a profound inner reordering: more peace, more strength, more clarity, and a path that finally feels like yours.

Held in a luxurious, authentic villa in Ibiza near the turquoise bay of Niu Blau (Santa Eulària), this retreat blends deep systemic work with daily kundalini yoga, guided breathwork, stillness, nature, and meals so nourishing they feel like love.

This is the kind of retreat that doesn’t just inspire you for a week, it shifts things you thought were unchangeable. Old stories lose their grip. Hidden patterns rise to the surface. What once felt heavy begins to move. You don’t leave with just insight, you leave with a new internal order. The kind that quietly reshapes your life long after you’ve returned home.

Is this retreat for you?

  • YES, if you’ve hit a wall in therapy, coaching, or personal growth
  • YES, if you keep repeating patterns in love, work, or money and don’t know why
  • YES, if your body holds tension that talking doesn’t release
  • YES, if your parents’ pain still echoes in your life
  • YES, if you want to understand your place in your family and finally take it
  • YES, if you feel ready to meet your truth, not as a concept, but in your body
  • YES, if you’re longing for a clear, clean movement forward
  • NO, if you are not open to looking at your inner world with honesty and courage.

What to expect from this systemic retreat?

This retreat is an immersive, small-group experience (max 11 people) designed to meet you exactly where you are. You don’t need to know anything about systemic work beforehand, only a sincere desire to look beneath the surface and move toward truth.

Guided by an experienced facilitator, you’ll explore daily family and trauma constellations in a held and supportive environment. You will join as a client and as a representative, both of which offer insight and deep transformation. Morning kundalini yoga will help awaken the body and prepare you for the emotional depth of the day. Breathwork and evening rituals support integration and inner movement.

No fixing. No bypassing. Just a steady, grounded space to see clearly, and finally shift what’s been stuck.

What You’ll Gain

This retreat will help you:

  • See the root of emotional, relational, or physical patterns that keep repeating
  • Release hidden entanglements and unconscious loyalty to the past
  • Understand and take your true place in your family system
  • Reconnect to inner strength, clarity, and healthy boundaries
  • Create space for a freer future, rooted in truth
  • Integrate systemic awareness into your personal or professional life

Systemic work doesn’t give you tools to control life, it gives you the insight and grounding to live it fully, as it is.

Meet your host

Kamala Indra will be your guide and space holder throughout this retreat. Her work is rooted in systemic constellation work, which forms the heart of this retreat and her approach to transformation. With deep respect for the power of the family system, Kamala creates a space where unconscious patterns, ancestral dynamics, and hidden loyalties can come to light and be met with truth, clarity, and compassion.

With over a decade of experience, Kamala has guided more than fifty retreats for individuals and small groups. Alongside her systemic work. She has trained in KRI Kundalini Yoga and explored a wide range of spiritual and somatic disciplines, including Mindfulness, Tantra, Transformational Breathwork, and energy healing. These practices now serve as supportive tools to help participants land in their body, expand their awareness, and integrate systemic shifts more deeply.

Her sessions weave together structure and intuition—Kundalini and Hatha Flow, tantric breathwork, dynamic meditation—all offered in service of the deeper systemic process. Drawing inspiration from the wild and natural beauty of Ibiza, Kamala holds a grounded, heart-centered space that invites each participant to return home to themselves. Not as an idea, but as a felt experience of belonging.
